Delivery time and delivery
Find the answer to the questions below. The delivery time of a product can be found in the product description under the heading delivery time. We do our utmost to ship your order within the indicated delivery time. When you order a product at Trend24.nl and checkout, you will receive an order confirmation in the mail.
Note! The mail may disappear in the spam folder of your mailbox.
You can easily checkout the order using various payment options. The entire amount of your order must be paid before we can ship your order.
Once you have received the confirmation email you will then receive a track & trace email when the product has been shipped. The courier service we choose depends on the size and weight of your order. The courier services we use include: DPD, DHL, POSTNL, GLS
If you need help completing or paying for your order, you can contact us via email or by phone. On weekdays we are available by phone
from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Basically, delivery takes place within 2 to 3 business days. If you place your order on a business day before 11:30 p.m., it will be processed the same day.
Through your e-mail you will receive a track & trace link, which allows you to track your order.
- In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the following options may occur: The order was delivered to a neighbor’s house or a few houses away.
- The package will be delivered to a parcel shop.
- General deposit permission has been granted.
- A second delivery attempt will take place.
- The package will be returned to our warehouse.
The above options may occur after one or more delivery attempts. Usually the delivery service then leaves a note in the mailbox.

The day the delivery will take place you will receive a message from DPD. This contains a time period of one hour in which you have the possibility to easily change the time and place of delivery to another desired time.
These products will most likely be delivered at different times.
Yes, we deliver to several countries. These include the following countries:
- Netherlands
- Belgium
Note! Please note that customer service can only provide assistance in Dutch and/or English.
It is not possible to plan to receive your order on weekends. We depend on various suppliers and courier services to deliver your order to your door.
It is not possible to change your order address. If the delivery time of a product is much longer than a few days you could contact customer service by phone. You can reach them on working days from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

It is not possible to pick up your order at our store. Since we do not have a physical store, it is only possible to order through the webshop.
