Always a magical experience! Also with warranty and any complaints! Always one year warranty with us and strong complaint procedure!
Warranty
You are always entitled to our magical one-year warranty! Is the product not working properly or did the product break down for no reason? No problem! We'll take care of it! You will often receive a new product or a refund of the purchase price.
Excluded from warranty:
Damage, defects or flaws caused by external effects, damage (whether intentional or unintentional). What do we mean by this? You cut the dice in half yourself. You throw our dice trays into the campfire. Adjustments, modifications and/or repairs made by you.
Unfortunately, not throwing enough "natural 20" is not covered under the guarantee!
Complaint Procedure via mail or ODR
1. Submit your complaint to us via mail: info@lapitoys.nl;
2. We will do our best to fix your problem as soon as possible.
Has never occurred to us, but still useful to have it on paper!
"Also, it is also possible for EU consumers to file complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already pending elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform."
